I think that stats like 'this buyer is #26,716 out of 133,219 buyers with 21 transactions and a 4.5% refund rate' doesn't tell you anything more than the current 21/4.5% that vendors can see when an order is made.With vendors there are a reasonable number, and only active vendors are included, so rating vendors in this manner makes sense. For buyers ratings, would 25,000 be a good score? A bad score? If there are 110,000 active buyers, it's an ok score - but if there are 25,007 active buyers, it's the worst score.And new buyers all would have to start out as 133,219 out of 133,219 right out of the gate - which pretty much makes the metric useless.
